We work with a number of architects and designers throughout Scotland, we believe that the best results are achieved with a close working relationship between architect, builder and client.
We provide a full bill of quantities with our estimates so that the client and architect can fully analyse costs before deciding to proceed with the project. Where details have not yet been finalised we use provisional sums so that the client can budget for the project.
Prior to estimating we carry out a site survey and client meeting to assess access requirements, site setup, services and any existing layouts.
Our estimates are all carried out by qualified surveyors for accuracy and transparency. Tenders are returned within 7 days of site survey.
